Carezza Bike Trail
The Start is directly in the center of Welschnofen / Nova Levante at the new gondola aerial lift in the South Tyrolean Dolomites of the Eggental Valley. On top, to the foot of the UNESCO Nature Heritage Site of the Rosengarten starts the trail. This real nice flow trail with 4.4 km, starts directly under the Frommer Alm and leads through the beautiful Niger Valley to the valley station of the gondola aerial lift. Along the stretch the average grade is approx. 11% and you will find some banked curves and turns and up to 20 jumps. Schillerhof
This bike tour start directly from the hotel. Follow the ,,Valle Nigra” valley to the ,,Passo Nigra”. Follow the trail no. 1 to the Schillerhof hut. After a short break follow the trail no. 1 and after no. 5 to the ,,Colle Fossa del Lupo”. Follow the trail no. 22 and then no. 2b to Pardellerhof. The tour then runs along trail no. 2b and 2 and then over the ,,Taufenweg” marked trail 2a back to Nova Levante.
Tour to the Lake Carezza
This tour start from the hotel. Follow the main street to the civil defence - Center. Then follow the trail no. 27 to the ,,Malga Stadl” (farm). Follow the trail no. 25 and then no. 8 to the Lake Carezza.
To Todmoos and Fossa del Lupo
The tour starts directly from the hotel. Follow the main street towards San Valentino in Campo. Soon the ,,Sentiero Samer” no. 2 leads to Campo di Sopra and ,,Pardellerhof”. Follow the trail no. 2b and then 22 to Todmoos – a magical mountain lake now lies in front of you that simply invites you to while away a few hours. Follow the trail no. 22 to Fossa del Lupo and then trail no. 5 back to Nova Levante.
,,Templwegrunde" circular Trail
This tour starts at Lake Carezza. Cycle approx. 300 m down the road from the Lake Carezza visitor´s centre to the western edge of the lake. Cross to the embankment on a ramp where you will reach ,,Templweg” no. 8 via the hiking trail. Follow the ,,Templweg” until a crossing then take trail no. 25 to the Hotel Adler. Follow then trail no. 10a back to Lake Carezza
Tour to the observatory in ,,San Valentino in Campo"
This tour starts in Collepietra. Follow the main street to the Sport Centre. Then follow trail to the chapel ,,Kaserbild”. Follow the trail towards San Valentino in Campo and then to the ,,Gasthof Vajolet” hut. Follow the trail to the next farm and take the trail on your right side ,,Sentiero dei pianeti” (martian and Jupiter). Follow the trail to the observatory.
,,Banklrunde" Trail
Start in Ega. Follow the trail no. 7 crossing the ,,Kobhof” to the ,,Gasthof Löwen”. Follow the main street to the civil defence - Center. Follow the trail no. 10a to the barrier. After the barrier follow the trail until a big turn and then take the trail on your left side. Follow the trail to the farm ,,Schang”. Follow the trail until the crossing and follow the trail forwards to ,, Geigerhof” and ,,Reiterhof”. After 1 km follow the trail on your left side. This trail arrives after a short increase to the ,,Templweg” no. 8. Follow this trail until the hotel ,,Bewallerhof”. A bit before you cross the bank, which gives the name to this trail. Follow the main street back to Ega.
Tour across the Latemar
This tour starts directly from the hotel. Follow the main street to the cabin lift in Nova Levante. Take the cabin lift to the hut ,,Malga Frommer”. Follow the trail no. 1a or the main street to the Passo Carezza. Follow trail no. 519 to Moena, and then follow the trail until the cabine lift ,,Predazzo – Gardoné”. Take the chair lift to ,,Passo Feudo” and follow then trail no. 504 to the alpine huts ,,Ganischger Alm” and ,,Zischg Alm”. Then follow the trail no. 9 to Obereggen. Follow the main street to Ega and take then trail no. 7 to the ,,Gasthof Löwen” at Nova Levante. Follow the main street back to our hotel.
